In July 2003 Daniel Boulud introduced a second Café Boulud in Palm Beach's legendary Brazilian Court Hotel. Tucked away on a tree-lined street, the charming 1920's Spanish style buildings are interspersed with lush tropical garden courtyards The menu parallels that of its sister restaurant on East 76th Street in Manhattan and reflects the chef's four muses: La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage. La Tradition highlights classic French dishes. La Saison features courses in harmony with the seasons. Le Potager, named for the French vegetable garden, offers vegetarian dishes. Le Voyage is inspired by Daniel's interpretation of various world cuisines. In addition to the 130 seat dining room there is a lively lounge and bar and a delightful out door dining terrace.
