THE BOUNTY OF SCOTLAND: Featuring Wild Scottish Grouse

Prized for its deep flavor and rich red meat, grouse ranks among Scotland’s most elusive wild game. The start of the season is celebrated with the “Glorious Twelfth” (August 12th) and lasts only until September.

Join us for an annual celebration of this time-honored tradition with a four-course menu by Executive Chef Jean-Francois Bruel. Our co-host for the evening will be Markus Draxler of Solex Fine Foods.

All dishes will also be accompanied by wine pairings curated by Head Sommelier Raj Vaidya.
