GHAYA OLIVEIRA

Ghaya Oliveira, Executive Pastry Chef at DANIEL,  was named 2017 “Outstanding Pastry Chef” at the James Beard Foundation Awards. Ghaya has been a member of our restaurant family for 16 years, working at Café Boulud, Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud before joining the team at DANIEL.
