Each fall at DANIEL, we invite you to experience the finest wild game and the rich, rustic flavors of autumn. Enjoy artful preparations of Fallow Venison, Wood Pigeon and Wild Scottish Hare by Executive Chef Jean-François Bruel and Chef de Cuisine Eddy Leroux, all expertly paired with sommelier Raj Vaidya’s selections to toast the season’s harvest. The evening will finish with a decadent dessert created by Executive Pastry Chef Ghaya Oliveira. Ghaya Oliveira, Executive Pastry Chef at DANIEL, was named 2017 "Outstanding Pastry Chef" at the James Beard Foundation Awards. Ghaya has been a member of our restaurant family for 16 years, working at Café Boulud, Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud before joining the team at DANIEL.

We are thrilled to offer a new opportunity to reserve our Upper Lounge for intimate gatherings of up to 27 guests. Large parties in the Lounge will experience our signature hospitality in an intimate setting, while indulging in a personally curated evening.
Experience The Bar & Lounge at DANIEL, another side of Chef Daniel Boulud’s renowned Upper East Side flagship, where classic European cocktailing takes place behind a sleek Brazilian blue marble bar. Bartenders in bow ties and white smoking jackets offer the same attentive service that the dining destination is known for, and cocktail creations align with the kitchen’s culinary philosophy: seasonally rooted, globally inspired, expertly executed.
DANIEL’s private Bellecour Room is an ideal setting for an elegant and impressive event. The space, located off of the Upper Lounge, accommodates up to 90 guests for a seated event and 150 guests for a standing reception. The Main Dining Room is available for lunch events Monday through Saturday, and the full restaurant is available for buyouts any day of the week. The Main Dining Room can accommodate up to 160 guests for a seated meal and 140 guests with music and dancing.
