There’s no better place to ring in the new year than with us. We always take special care to ensure our guests have an amazing experience and that is kicked up a few notches for the last night of the year. Our Executive Chef Jean-Francois Bruel and Pastry Chef Ghaya Oliveira offer spectacular menus for two seating options. Join us for our three-course Pre-Gala dinner with reservations starting between 5:30 – 6:15pm for $268 per person or our six course Gala Dinner with reservations starting between 8:30 – 9:30pm for $668 per person. We’ll also be sharing a champagne toast at midnight for our Gala Dinner.
Our chefs will be preparing an elegant evening with some specialty ingredients including Scottish Hare, Vodka Flambéed Foie Gras, Wild Partridge and Kusshi Oysters, among others.
No dinner would be complete without enjoying some of the wines in our 25,000-bottle cellar, curated by our head sommelier Raj Vaidya. Choose your own selections or partake in his suggestions to pair your dinner with wines for each course for $118 per person for the Pre-Gala Dinner or $250 per person for the Gala Dinner.
For those who want to go all out, enjoy our Golden Ossetra caviar supplement with buckwheat blinis and crème fraîche for $195 and/or our celebration of white truffles supplement for an appetizer or main course for $140 / $220.
